    Hi
I have already applied as a federal skilled worker and i’m thinking of withdrawing my application and applying to Quebec as a skilled worker is that possible?
Also can I Use my DELF certificates for Quebec instead of taking the TEF exam?
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Tim,

On which stage are you on the application process? There is a way to cancel your application and start all over again. As far as Quebec application, you can use your DELF certificates as a proof of French language skills and you won’t need to do any additional tests (how old are those certificates?)
