So, that’s the PS3 playing the first 3D game: Super Stardust HD. Yep, seriously – if you’ve got a 3D TV set, delete the game and redownload it, and it’ll be in full 3D.

Users over at AVForums describe the update as “gorgeous” and “incredible”. The 3D tech just ‘works’, with the TV informing the player that this is a 3D game, and prompts for the 3D glasses.

“Some explosions really come out of the screen,” says one user, “and feel as though the pixels are coming right for ya.”
