Windows Touch is ready and Windows 7 RC1 by the end of May

According to the BBC site, it seems that Microsoft is prepping its Windows Touch technology, embedded in Windows 7, to be available to everyone anytime soon. Additionally, they have mentioned that the Release Candidate for Windows 7 will be launch by the end of May:
